документов времен Великой Отечественной войны,&#13;
раскрывающих деятельность Всесоюзного комитета по делам&#13;
искусств (ВКДИ) и его председателя Михаила Борисовича&#13;
Храпченко по поддержке творчества музыкантов —&#13;
композиторов, музыковедов, исполнителей. Изучение&#13;
материалов было обусловлено работой над фундаментальной&#13;
монографией в рамках серии «Наркомы Великой&#13;
Победы» — «Всесоюзный комитет по делам искусств при&#13;
Совете народных комиссаров СССР. 1941–1945». На основе&#13;
изучения многочисленных документальных источников&#13;
освещаются такие страницы музыкальной военной&#13;
летописи, как перестройка на военный лад художественного&#13;
репертуара: создание сотен массовых песен, проведение&#13;
многочисленных конкурсов и творческих совещаний&#13;
по проблемам песни. Упоминания заслуживают и такие&#13;
факты, как открытие в военные годы новых музыкальных&#13;
учебных заведений и художественных коллективов, создание&#13;
фронтовых концертных бригад и перечисление средств&#13;
в Фонд обороны. Отдельный блок документов раскрывает&#13;
подробности конкурса на создание Гимна СССР, а также&#13;
работу Комитета по Сталинским премиям. Основной&#13;
источниковой базой исследования стали фонды Российского&#13;
государственного архива литературы и искусства (РГАЛИ),&#13;
Государственного архива Российской Федерации (ГАРФ) и др.&#13;
Немаловажную роль в характеристике исследуемых событий&#13;
играют также дневниковые записи Храпченко, содержащие&#13;
уникальные и ранее не обнародованные сведения</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="summary"><p>The article is devoted to a review of archival&#13;
documents from the Great Patriotic War, which characterize the&#13;
activities of the All-Union Committee for Arts (VKDI) and its&#13;
head Mikhail Borisovich Khrapchenko in supporting the work&#13;
of musicians — composers, musicologists, performers. Their&#13;
study was due to the work on a fundamental monograph in&#13;
the framework of the series “People’s Commissars of the Great&#13;
Victory” — “All-Union Committee for Arts under the Council&#13;
of People’s Commissars of the USSR. 1941–1945”. Based on the&#13;
study of numerous documentary sources, such pages of the&#13;
musical war chronicle are covered as the restructuring of the&#13;
artistic repertoire for the war years: the creation of hundreds of&#13;
mass songs, the holding of numerous competitions and creative&#13;
conferences on song problems. Such facts as the opening of&#13;
new music schools and art groups during the war years, the&#13;
creation of front-line concert brigades and the transfer of funds&#13;
to the Defense Fund also deserve mention. A separate block of&#13;
documents contains details of the competition to create the USSR&#13;
Anthem, as well as the work of the Stalin Prize Committee. The&#13;
source base for the research was the collections of the Russian&#13;
State Archive of Literature and Art (RGALI), the State Archive&#13;
of the Russian Federation (GARF), and others. Khrapchenko’s&#13;
diary entries, containing unique and previously unpublished&#13;
information, play an important role in characterizing the events&#13;
under study</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Mikhail Borisovich Khrapchenko</kwd><kwd>Soviet composers</kwd><kwd>mass song</kwd><kwd>symphonic music</kwd><kwd>concert brigade</kwd><kwd>Stalin Prize</kwd><kwd>USSR Anthem</kwd><kwd>All-Union Committee for Arts</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Всесоюзный комитет по делам искусств</kwd><kwd>Михаил Борисович Храпченко</kwd><kwd>советские композиторы</kwd><kwd>массовая песня</kwd><kwd>симфоническая музыка</kwd><kwd>концертная бригада</kwd><kwd>Сталинская премия</kwd><kwd>Гимн СССР</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Всесоюзный комитет по делам искусств при Совете народных комиссаров СССР. 1941–1945 / Т.
