В статье выдвигается предположение, что современная африканская деловая культура является следствием особенностей культурно-исторического развития стран африканского континента. Она сформирована под воздействием трех основных факторов: первый — доколониальные культурные традиции, представления и ценности, которые живы и сегодня (такие как ценность общины, уважение к старшим, традиционная ценностно-этическая система убунту, специфическое отношение ко времени и т. д.); второй — колониальное воздействие и давление; третий — универсальные принципы так называемой «давосской» деловой культуры. Африканская деловая культура — это культура коллективистского типа, корни которой лежат в общинной форме африканского жизнеустройства. Африканцы ищут собственные формы вхождения в систему мирового хозяйствования, не такие, как на Западе. В основе африканской культуры и африканской цивилизации лежит принцип общинности, который определил специфику африканского мировоззрения и социокультурного развития. Именно общинность определяет африканскую солидарность и взаимопомощь, противоположные западному индивидуализму. Она определила коллективистский тип африканской культуры и специфическую африканскую ценностно-этическую систему, наиболее известную как убунту.&#13;
Российская культура также относится к культурам коллективистского типа, где выражен приоритет общественного блага над индивидуализмом. Непротиворечивость и даже сходство российских и африканских интересов, традиций и ценностей, понимание африканской культуры может стать конкурентным преимуществом, обеспечить подлинное взаимопонимание и эффективное взаимодействие между Россией и странами Африки.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="summary"><p>National business cultures are a product of the historical and socio-cultural development of the people. The article suggests that the modern African business culture is a consequence of the peculiarities of the cultural and historical development of the countries of the African continent. It was formed under the influence of three main factors: the first is the precolonial cultural traditions, beliefs and values that are still alive today (such as the value of community, respect for elders, the traditional value and ethical system of Ubuntu, a specific attitude to time, etc.); The second is colonial influence and pressure; the third is the universal principles of the so–called “Davos” business culture. African business culture is a collectivist type of culture, the roots of which lie in the communal form of the African way of life. Africans are looking for their own forms of entry into the global economic system, not the same as in the West. African culture and African civilization are based on the principle of community, which has determined the specifics of the African worldview and socio-cultural development. It is community that defines African solidarity and mutual assistance, which are the opposite of Western individualism. It identified the collectivist type of African culture and the specific African value and ethical system, best known as ubuntu.&#13;
Russian culture also refers to collectivist-type cultures, where the priority of the public good over individualism is expressed. The consistency and even similarity of Russian and African interests, traditions and values, and the Russian side’s understanding of African culture can become a competitive advantage, ensuring genuine mutual understanding and effective interaction between Russia and African countries.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>culture</kwd><kwd>sub-Saharan Africa</kwd><kwd>business culture</kwd><kwd>colonialism</kwd><kwd>intercultural communication</kwd><kwd>education</kwd><kwd>negotiation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>культура</kwd><kwd>традиции</kwd><kwd>Африка южнее Сахары</kwd><kwd>колониализм</kwd><kwd>коллективистская деловая культура</kwd><kwd>община</kwd><kwd>время</kwd><kwd>ценности</kwd><kwd>этика</kwd><kwd>убунту</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Льюис Р. Д. Деловые культуры в международном бизнесе.
