Их авторы — Рихард Штраус и Антон Веберн — сыграли важную роль в развитии австро-немецкой музыкальной культуры, определив движение от романтизма к новой музыке (Neue Musik). Жанр Lied занимает большое место в творчестве обоих композиторов, нередко они обращаются к одним и тем же поэтическим текстам. Среди них — стихотворение «На берегу» (“Am Ufer”) берлинского поэта рубежа XIX–XX веков Рихарда Демеля. Представленные в статье песни Штрауса и Веберна написаны соответственно в 1899 и 1908 гг., в период наивысшей популярности поэзии Демеля в Австрии и Германии.&#13;
В статье рассматривается история создания стихотворения, отражение в нем демелевской концепции «изменения души» (Seelenwandlung), выявляются структурные особенности и основные образные мотивы, связанные с югендстилем, символизмом и импрессионизмом. Оба композитора почти одинаково подходят к организации формы песни, сохраняя смысловую структуру стиха, но по-разному воплощают его содержание. Песня Штрауса — это образец романтической вокальной лирики, песня Веберна относится к предэкспрессионистскому периоду в творчестве композитора и близка его ранним атональным сочинениям.&#13;
Сравнивая обе песни, автор приходит к выводу о том, что ключевая идея стихотворения — духовное преображение человека посредством созерцания природы — более полно воплощена у Штрауса: тихий гимн природе завершается вознесением, тем самым подчеркивая трансформацию души. В песне Веберна идея Демеля игнорируется, его сочинение проникнуто чувством смутной тревоги и беспокойства, которое сохраняется до самого конца песни.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="summary"><p>The article is devoted to two chamber-vocal works on the same text. Their authors — Richard Strauss and Anton Webern — played an important role in the development of Austro-German musical culture, defining the movement from Romanticism to New Music (Neue Musik). The Lied genre occupies an important place in the work of both composers, often referring to the same poetic texts. Among them is the poem “On the Shore” (“Am Ufer”) by the Berlin poet of the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries Richard Dehmel. The songs by Strauss and Webern presented in the article were written in 1899 and 1908 respectively, during the period of the highest popularity of Dehmel’s poetry in Austria and Germany.&#13;
The article examines the history of the poem’s creation, its reflection of Dehmel’s concept of “change of soul” (Seelenwandlung), and identifies the structural features and main content motifs associated with Jugendstil, Symbolism, and Impressionism. Both composers take a similar approach to the organization of the song form, retaining the semantic structure of the verse but embodying its content in different ways. Strauss’s song is an example of romantic vocal lyrics, relying on its traditions, the composer approaches Demel’s idea. The contemplative and quiet hymn to nature in the last section rises colorfully, thereby emphasizing the transformation of the soul through ascension. Webern’s “On the Shore” is focused on conveying the inner trepidation and anxiety of the poem’s hero, ignoring Demel’s key idea. The song lacks a vivid development of the material, it is sustained in extremely quiet dynamics, harmonically and tonally unstable, approaching atonality and expressionism.&#13;
Comparing both songs, the author comes to the conclusion that the key idea of the poem — the spiritual transformation of man through the contemplation of nature — is more fully embodied in Strauss: a quiet hymn to nature ends with ascension, thereby emphasizing the transformation of the soul. In Webern’s song, the idea of a Dehmel is ignored, his composition is imbued with a sense of vague anxiety and anxiety, which persists until the very end of the song.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Р. Штраус</kwd><kwd>А. Веберн</kwd><kwd>Р. Демель</kwd><kwd>камерно-вокальная музыка</kwd><kwd>Lied</kwd><kwd>югендстиль</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Р. Strauss</kwd><kwd>A. Webern</kwd><kwd>R. Dehmel</kwd><kwd>chamber-vocal music</kwd><kwd>Lied</kwd><kwd>Jugendstil</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Danuser H. Musikalische Lyrik.
